Pop star ASHLEE SIMPSON's on-off boyfriend RYAN CABRERA's commitment seems to be lacking after he caught out looking for a new flame in Texas.

Just weeks after Simpson confessed, "Our crazy schedules made having a relationship hard but now we go on dates all the time," and, "I'm not into any guys other than Ryan," the spiky-haired rocker is looking to move on.

And he made no secret of his romantic interests during a recent visit to the Medici Lounge club in Dallas, Texas.

AMANDA WRIGHT, who claims Cabrera asked her to go home with him, tells US tabloid NATIONAL ENQUIRER, "He didn't seem like some guy who was in love with another girl."

Wright insists she didn't take lusty Cabrera up on his offer, so he spent the rest of the night smooth talking other girls in the bar.
