ASHANTI - ASHANTI ATTACKS BEYONCE RIFT REPORTS

LATEST: ASHANTI has again hit out at reports of a rift with R+B rival BEYONCE KNOWLES, insisting it has been manufactured by the media.

The singer was recently reported to have taken on an endorsement deal with hair care firm HERBAL ESSENCES to compete with Beyonce, who has a deal with L'OREAL.

But Ashanti insists any friction between the pair is entirely fabricated by the press: "Me and Beyonce, we both know that we don't have hate for each other.

"The media tried to make it into something it wasn't and it didn't work. We were both like, 'Hey we are both successful.' That was it."
