COMING TO AMERICA - ARSENIO HALL CAUGHT IN PATERNITY BATTLE

NEWS BY ARTIST ALPHABETICALLY

COMING TO AMERICA actor ARSENIO HALL is being sued for paternity and child support by his former personal manager.

Sources tell American TV news show CELEBRITY JUSTICE that the former chat show host has never denied being the father to CHERYL BONACCI's five-year-old son, but he is contesting the amount of cash he is expected to pay in child support.

At his peak, Hall, ex-boyfriend of PAULA ABDUL, was one of America's top entertainers, earning nearly $12 million (GBP6.3 million) a year - but the star says that's all in the past and any child support should be based on his present earnings.

Bonacci instead maintains Hall's past income should be considered.

Sources also claim the 49-year-old is asking for a temporary restraining order and is alleging Bonacci has interfered with his custodial rights.

Lawyers for both sides have declined to comment on the case.
