LATEST: JENNIFER ANISTON has asked Los Angeles' Superior Court to restore her maiden name in divorce papers filed on Friday (25MAR05).
The former FRIENDS star filed for divorce from husband BRAD PITT, citing "irreconcilable differences", and she wants to legally return to being Jennifer Aniston as part of the settlement.
The actress took Pitt's name legally when they married on July 29, 2000, although she continued to use Aniston professionally.
