JENNIFER ANISTON - ANISTON THRILLS FAN WITH OSCARS MAKEOVER

JENNIFER ANISTON helped make an Arizona teenager's OSCARS experience extra special by surprising her with a red carpet makeover.

Like many viewers of US breakfast show GOOD MORNING AMERICA, the former FRIENDS star was inspired by ASHLEY TANG's determination to become a top student, despite losing both her parents.

And when she heard the show was planning to turn the wannabe broadcaster into their on-site reporter at the 77th ACADEMY AWARDS on Sunday (27FEB05), she asked if she could help.

Aniston made her first TV appearance since splitting from husband BRAD PITT in January (05) by thrilling Tang and turning up unannounced to help her pick out her Oscars outfit. The actress then presented the 18-year-old with a lucky "guardian angel" diamond bracelet.

Aniston told her young fan, "You are an inspiration, my dear. I'll tell you what, the world needs to see more people like you."
