JENNIFER ANISTON - ANISTON: 'THERAPY HELPED ME TAKE BLAME FOR BROKEN MARRIAGE'

JENNIFER ANISTON credits her "serious therapy sessions" with preventing her from becoming a victim following her split from BRAD PITT in January (05) - because she learnt to accept part of the blame for their broken marriage.
The 36-year-old was "angry, hurt and embarrassed" when she first saw photos of her estranged husband and ANGELINA JOLIE holidaying with Jolie's adopted son MADDOX - because she realised their relationship had started before she left the hunk.
But her counselling sessions helped her realise she had to take some responsibility for the end of their romance.
She says, "I've worked with this therapist for a long time, and her focus is that you get one day of being a victim - and that's it.
"Relationships are two people - everyone is accountable."
