JENNIFER ANISTON struggled to keep quiet during the break-up of her marriage to BRAD PITT, because talking is her therapy.

The FRIENDS star, whose divorce from Pitt was finalised last weekend (02OCT05), would normally have wanted to share her feelings, but was obliged not to say too much about what was happening in order to keep her personal life private.

Aniston, 36, says, "It's so hard, it's almost the impossible - not talking about anything. I don't abide well to gag orders. I'm a talker. I think it's a beautiful trait when people are not micro-managing every corner of their life.

"But there is a boundary. I've learned my lessons throughout the years on when that line gets crossed and how that can be used against you and can backfire."
