LATEST: Former FRIENDS star JENNIFER ANISTON has something to celebrate after splitting from husband BRAD PITT at the beginning of the year (JAN05) - a SHOWEST honour.
The actress has been named this year's ShoWest Female Star of The Year by cinema owners and film trade bosses and will join BERNIE MAC, HAYDEN CHRISTENSEN and JESSICA BIEL for a prizegiving at the annual Las Vegas, Nevada, convention next week (beg14MAR05).
Mac will be presented with the event's Comedy Star of The Year and Christensen and Biel will pick up the Male and Female Star of The Future honours.
