Aniston has foregone her usual strict carbohydrate-free diet with bulk purchasing of coconut pineapple ice cream and REESE's peanut butter cups during repeated shopping trips to a Beverly Hills convenient store.

An insider tells British newspaper THE SUN, "Jennifer normally obsesses over her diet but she's been eating exactly what she wants when she wants.

"It's no secret that she and Brad are desperate for a baby.

"All her friends are hoping that this is it for them - and that Jennifer is pigging out to satisfy her pregnancy cravings."
