FRIENDS beauty JENNIFER ANISTON enthuses about the benefits of cosmetic surgery - but vows not to ruin her looks like many celebrities have.

The actress, 34, admits she'd consider going under the knife to retain her appearance in the future, but realises too much surgery could turn her into a laughing stock.

And she ridicules those Hollywood stars who take their obsession with cosmetic enhancement too far - comparing them to rubber-faced movie character the GRINCH.

She says, "Sure, I'd have a facelift. Absolutely! But there are some women who have gone way too far. Some look like the Grinch."
