Music was ANASTACIA's third choice career - after she missed out on careers as an archeologist and a psychologist.
The American admits she never dreamed she'd make it as a singer, and has already planned her life should her music career flop.
She says, "I wanted to be an archeologist as a little girl - I was fascinated by fossils and bones. I had a microscope and I'd investigate dead insects and things. Then, before I made my breakthrough, I was going to study psychology so that I could be a therapist with children.
"That's what I'd do if I had to give up music."
