EVANESCENCE - AMY LEE TOO DARK FOR NARNIA

EVANESCENCE frontwoman AMY LEE was kicked off the soundtrack for the movie THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE LION THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE because her music is too dark.

The BRING ME TO LIFE singer, 24, was keen to hear her music on film, but refused to adapt her signature style.

She says, "My darlings, if I can't write dark, epic music, I can't live.

"I simply won't compromise my art for anything."

Lee has previously leant her songs to THE PUNISHER, ELEKTRA and DAREDEVIL's soundtracks.
