Original AMERICAN IDOL victor KELLY CLARKSON was forced to cancel two performances in California this week (ends09SEP05), after being struck down with bronchitis.
The SINCE U BEEN GONE singer, who performed under a constant flow of water at last month's (AUG05) MTV Video Music Awards had to call off Monday's (05SEP05) show in Santa Barbara and yesterday's (07SEP05) event in Irvine.
Rescheduled dates will be announced shortly, reports MTV News.
