ABBA - AGNETHA CALLS OFF ABBA REUNION

Former ABBA star AGNETHA FALTSKOG has axed plans for the seventies pop legends to reunite - because she refuses to meet her bandmate and ex-husband BJORN ULVAEUS.

The Swedish band were planning to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their triumph at the 1974 EUROVISION SONG CONTEST with a party next Tuesday (06APR04).

The MAMA MIA group were set to pose for photographs for the first time since their split 22 years ago, but Agnetha is still bitter after her split from Bjorn in 1981 - and refuses to meet with him.

A source close to the band says, "Agnetha won't go anywhere near Bjorn.

"She even refuses to stand in the same room as him.

"Bjorn and Benny didn't want them to do anything more than stand in a room together and pose for a picture - something that hasn't been done since their split.

"The other three were willing to do it, but not Agnetha, because of the way she feels about Bjorn, the whole thing has been scrapped. The rest of the band are furious."
