FIFTH ELEMENT - ACTRESS SECURES $17 MILLION DIVORCE

FIFTH ELEMENT actress ZETA GRAFF has secured a $17 million (GBP10 million) divorce settlement - one of the biggest in British history.

The Greek-born 33-year-old star has been locked in a bitter legal battle with diamond heir FRANCOIS GRAFF since their estrangement in September 2001, but has finally emerged victorious from the London courts.

Although she refused to confirm the settlement figure she said, "You'd have to count with every finger and thumb on both hands to get the right amount. It's certainly into eight figures."

According to friends, Zeta - who dated British ALI G comedian SACHA BARON COHEN after she split from her husband - is now considering an offer to write an "explosive" book about the Graff family.
