MICHAEL JACKSON - ACCUSER'S BROTHER: 'I SAW JACKSON ABUSING'

Superstar MICHAEL JACKSON was seen molesting 12-year-old GAVIN ARVIZO by his younger brother, prosecutors claimed yesterday (03MAR05).

Santa Barbara County District Attorney TOM SNEDDON told the jury at the BAD singer's child molestation trial at Santa Maria court, that Gavin's younger brother STAR saw Jackson abuse his older sibling on two separate occasions - but was too scared to question what he was seeing.

Sneddon explains, "Star was frozen in fear by what he saw.

"Lying on the bed was Jackson. He had on a shirt, underpants and socks. Lying next to him was his brother Gavin wearing underwear and socks.

"Jackson's left hand, wrapped inside the private parts of Gavin's underwear and the motion of Jackson's hand moving rhythmically up and down as he masturbated the motionless Gavin Arvizo.

"There was a second occasion Star encountered the same thing. Jackson had his hand up inside Gavin's shorts."

The jury were shown a film, shot by forensics officer AL LAFFERTY, of the bedroom suite where the alleged abuse took place in Jackson's Neverland ranch in California.

Jackson is pleading not guilty to 10 felony charges of child molestation, administering an intoxicating agent and conspiracy involving allegations of child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion.
