COLDPLAY - 'CHRIS MARTIN SHOULD PLAY BLAIR' - EVERETT

COLDPLAY singer CHRIS MARTIN has been tipped to play British Prime Minister TONY BLAIR in a film based on his life - by Hollywood star RUPERT EVERETT

The SHREK 2 actor sees a striking resemblance between the two men - and would cast himself as Islamic extremist OSAMA BIN LADEN in the hypothetical film.

He quips, "You know who should play Tony Blair? Chris Martin - he is Tony Blair! Just when everything is going wrong he'll be able to make the Tony Blair film.

"Next time you look at him, get the ears a little bit bigger - he could be Tony! It's a genius idea!

"Where would I be on the Tony Blair story? Who's the guy that lives in a tent? GADAFFI? Oh no, I could pay BIN LADEN."
