ROB COHEN - XXX SET TO GET THE FEMALE TOUCH?

Action movie franchise XXX is set to get a woman's touch with both producer ROB COHEN and sequel star ICE CUBE pushing for the next film to feature a female special agent.

VIN DIESEL played XANDER CAGE in the first XXX and Cube plays DARIUS STONE in the upcoming sequel, XXX2: STATE OF THE UNION, but it looks like former BOND girl MICHELLE YEOH and SWAT star MICHELLE RODRIGUEZ could be in the running to get XXX-rated in a third film.

Producer Cohen tells website ABOUT.COM, "I would really like to do a woman XXX. I think we understand the testosterone level of Vin Diesel and Ice Cube.

"I would really love to get the Michelle Rodriguez type or Michelle Yeoh - a female who really can kick a** and take names.

"If there was a woman, I would definitely come back (as director) because I think the women today are tougher than the men."

Meanwhile, Ice Cube insists he'd love to return for a second XXX but accepts it's time for a woman to take over.

He explains, "They might use a woman next time. That might be a fresh take. We haven't seen a super hardcore female action hero since LA FEMME NIKITA. But, if they called me back, I'd definitely answer the call."
