British pop star ROBBIE WILLIAMS has reportedly been asked to attend a court hearing in Dusseldorf, Germany, tomorrow (27DEC05), to face a fan attempting to sue him.
Earlier this month (DEC05), the woman - named only as CONNY C - was ordered to stay away at least 500 metres away from Williams or pay a fine of $302,000 (GBP168,000).
But Conny now claims the bad publicity generated by the case has caused her to lose her job and she hopes to progress with legal action against Williams.
Her lawyer TORSTEN TIMM tells British newspaper the Daily Star, "We have requested that Williams be questioned in court.
"Williams has a fancy for aliens himself. My client is not a stalker and isn't dangerous.
"She has already lost her job because of the accusations and we are now looking at whether we can claim damages."
