DAVID AYER - WILD BUNCH RIDE BACK TO THE BIG SCREEN

SAM PEKINPAH's classic western THE WILD BUNCH is heading back to the big screen as a vehicle for THE FAST + THE FURIOUS screenwriter-turned-director DAVID AYER.

Ayer, whose action film writing credits include TRAINING DAY and S.W.A.T, will rewrite the screenplay and direct the film, which became a cult classic when it was first released in 1969.
