WESTLIFE singer KIAN EGAN is tired of denying band split rumours - he's now advising fans to just ignore the media.

The Irish fivesome have been plagued by reports of an imminent ending, but WORLD OF OUR OWN star Kian insists the papers are completely off base, and he's tired of denying all the rumours.

He huffs, "I couldn't give a s***. They can write whatever they want, 'cos we know what's happening, the fans might read it and they might believe it and if they do believe it, how are we going to prove them wrong?

"We put an album on the shelf. We're not doing it to prove people wrong - it's not even about people buying our albums, as long as we are doing what we want to do, and as long as people are enjoying it, it's all we care about."
