Portly boyband WESTLIFE have promised fans they'll be back in hunky shape soon, thanks to the rigorous dance routines on their new tour.

The FLYING WITHOUT WINGS fivesome have recently been the butt of jokes about their expanding waistlines, but they should be slim and trim in no time - and all without dieting.

Blond Lifer KIAN EGAN explains, "We're dancing so much on tour that we're losing weight rapidly. It's just dropping off. We are still eating junk food though, I'm addicted to kettle chips."
