HARVEY WEINSTEIN - WEINSTEIN'S TOUCHING TRIBUTE TO GWYNETH

Movie mogul HARVEY WEINSTEIN has taken a full page out in Hollywood trade paper DAILY VARIETY to sing the praises of GWYNETH PALTROW.

The MIRAMAX boss salutes Paltrow as she accepts this year's (04) WOMEN IN FILM award, which will also be handed to the actress' mother BLYTHE DANNER.

In his touching ad, Weinstein writes, "From muse to mom you continually inspire, impress and enliven.

"You'll never know how much you mean to us all, and we congratulate you and thank you for your talent, friendship and courage."

There are also trade tributes to Paltrow and Danner from studio heads at UNIVERSAL, SHOWTIME, WARNER BROTHERS and NEW LINE CINEMA.

Mother and daughter are honoured tonight (18JUN04) in Hollywood.
