MARK WAHLBERG - WAHLBERG'S TV SHOW HITS CLOSE TO HOME

Hollywood actor MARK WAHLBERG used his experiences as a pop star in the early '90s to identify with the debauched subject of his new TV show ENTOURAGE.

The BOOGIE NIGHTS star admits the television programme, which chronicles the life of a wannabe movie actor and his hanger-on friends, contains traces of his own life-story.

Wahlberg, 33, says, "Of course, I had an entourage when I first started rapping. I had about 30 people staying with me, in my house, on my couch.

"There are definite parallels to my real life. Thankfully those days are over."
