MARK WAHLBERG - WAHLBERG'S ETERNAL HOME CONSTRUCTION

Hollywood hunk MARK WAHLBERG is annoyed with the ongoing construction on his Hollywood home - because it's still incomplete after two years.

After what feels like an eternity of work on the PLANET OF THE APES star's property, he's decided to get tough to make sure everything can be completed on his new schedule.

He says, "I bought a house almost two years ago. It took a while to move in but it's still - of course - under construction. The interior's done.

"We've started a new system. We have a set price and a date and if they don't make that date, money comes off the price. Unfortunately, I didn't apply that until a year into the project."

And the father-to-be is already seeing positive results from his sanctions.

He adds, "You start seeing a lot more workers now - less are playing basketball."
