Hollywood movie hunk MARK WAHLBERG is set to buy trendy NEW YORK nightclub NELL'S.

The ITALIAN JOB actor who has been linked to tennis/model stunner ANNA KOURNIKOVA has been linked to the 14th Street club, formerly owned by its namesake NELL CAMPBELL of ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW fame.

Wahlberg's first task will be to try and inject a glamorous atmosphere back to the once celebrity hangout.
