VICTORIA BECKHAM - VICTORIA BECKHAM'S CLEARED 'KIDNAPPERS' TO SUE

The families of two of the Romanians cleared of plotting to kidnap former SPICE GIRL VICTORIA BECKHAM are to take legal action against British tabloid THE NEWS OF THE WORLD.
ADRIAN PARSARANEU, ALIN TURCU, LUZIM BALLIU and two others were cleared by the CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE on Monday (02JUN03) of conspiracy to kidnap the WANNABE singer after the prosecution's key witness, FLORIM GASHI, was deemed unreliable.
It was revealed that the newspaper had paid Gashi, a man in financial trouble, $15,000 (GBP10,000) for the kidnap tale.
Now the father of Prasaraneu, a medical student, has confirmed his son is to sue the tabloid.
He says, "I never believed the fantasies about my son and now I have been vindicated. My son now plans to take legal action.
"Adrian told me that while he was at a party in London, one of the guests started a conversation about how to make money without working and the name of Victoria Beckham was mentioned. Someone recorded the conversation and got 10,000 pounds for the tape."
