JOEY LAUREN ADAMS - VAUGHN AND ADAMS REUNITED FOR THE BREAK-UP

JOEY LAUREN ADAMS had no qualms about working with ex-boyfriend VINCE VAUGHN on his film THE BREAK-UP, because the couple split so long ago. The pair dated before they both became successful actors back in the 1990s in Los Angeles. She explains, "We broke up so long ago, but it was while we were dating that he came up with this idea for The Break-Up, so I've been hearing about it for nine years. Adams claims the WEDDING CRASHERS star wasn't always known for his charming jokester persona, claiming she was less than impressed when they first met. She adds, "We actually met pre-SWINGERS, pre-CHASING AMY. He was so unfunny. "And he was telling me about how his friend had written this script and based a part on him (TRENT WALKER in Swingers). "And I was like, 'Who would base a part on you?' You're one of the most boring people I've ever met!'"
