TV Heart-throb WILMER VALDERRAMA insists he is able to romance the most beautiful women in Hollywood because he remains grounded and grateful for his success. The THAT '70S SHOW star, who has dated LINDSAY LOHAN, ASHLEE SIMPSON and MANDY MOORE, hasn't forgotten his roots in Venezuela and the struggle he endured to make it in the US. He explains, "Honestly, we live in such an industry where it's all about image. "It's very rare when we find real people who remember not only where they come from, but their struggles to get there. "Once you get there you have to not only enjoy your job, but be responsible and be thoughtful and respectful of everybody else's success. It's hard to find that in the industry. "When you find a few people you can relate to, you have to embrace that, and I've been very fortunate to bump into great people in the past eight and a half years.
