SOPHIA MYLES - TRISTAN + ISOLDE STARS USE BODY HEAT FOR SCENES

Actresses SOPHIA MYLES and BRONAGH GALLAGHER went beyond the call of acting duty in a freezing scene from TRISTAN + ISOLDE - they used their naked bodies to warm up hunky JAMES FRANCO.

In the scene, Franco, who plays mythical Tristan, washes up on the Irish shore and Myles and Gallagher's characters have to keep him warm.

Myles says,"We had to do a lot of takes for the Franco 'sandwich scene', as I like to call it, where Bronagh and I drag James into a fisherman's hut and warm him up with our bodies... I think we did about 69 takes for that."

The actresses had a great time warming up their co-star, but Myles admits he was a heavy load because Franco had bulked up so much for his role.

She adds, "They had to put a wire on his back so that he was on a pulley and an extra was helping us along."
