JOHN TRAVOLTA - TRAVOLTA'S COWBOY JOY

JOHN TRAVOLTA's favourite movie shoot was 1980's URBAN COWBOY - even though it was critical flop.
Despite starring roles in box office hit blockbusters like PULP FICTION and FACE/OFF, Travolta insists his best film experience was on the set of the drama.
The actor - who starred alongside DEBRA WINGER in the film - explains, "The feeling in the air was of realness, down-to-earthness - there was a real warmth."
The 50-year-old even turned down RICHARD GERE's role in AMERICAN GIGOLO so he could make the movie.
He adds, "I was out with a bunch of urban and real cowboys, and there's a photo of me holding a rooster in one hand and a glass of JACK DANIELS in the other - I'm having the time of my life.' I learned the term of 'party'"
