British actor DAVID THEWLIS is set to reprise one of the most gruesome scenes in movie history when he takes on DAVID WARNER's role in THE OMEN remake.

Warner's character, KEITH JENNINGS, was decapitated in the original 1976 horror classic.

Thewlis joins fellow Brit PETE POSTLETHWAITE as the new cast members in the remake, which is currently shooting in Prague, Czech Republic.

The film, THE OMEN 666, will star LIEV SHRIEBER, JULIA STILES and MIA FARROW, according to website Fangoria.com.
