THE TEARS - THE TEARS PULL LONDON GIG

British rockers THE TEARS postponed a show in London yesterday (07AUG05) in mysterious circumstances.

The band, founded by ex-SUEDE members BRETT ANDERSON and BERNARD BUTLER, were due to appear at the British capital's historic Somerset House venue but pulled out at the last minute.

The concert was set to be the final in a star-studded run at the outdoor venue where bands STARSAILOR, ATHLETE and PRODIGY have already performed to a rapturous reception.

Organisers are currently uncertain whether another date will be set for the show.
