SHARON STONE - STONE BEGGED WRITERS FOR PART ON HUFF

Actress SHARON STONE is such a fan of the US TV show HUFF, she took the writers out to lunch and begged them to create a part for her on the show. The series features a psychiatrist, played by HANK AZARIA, who is experiencing his own midlife crisis. Stone explains, "That show is full of amazing actors. I started watching the show because all of the actors are my favourites - BLYTHE DANNER, SWOOSIE KURTZ and Hank was in my acting class. "I called my agent and said I have to take these writers out to lunch. "I took them out to lunch and said, 'Would you write some shows for me because I'm nuts about your show - I'm just crazy about it' and they said 'sure'. The BASIC INSTINCT star even had a specific storyline in mind with her favourite character from the show. She adds, "OLIVER (PLATT) is so sexy and funny, I said, 'You have to write a love story for me and Oliver' and they said yes, so I did it!"
