SIR ELTON JOHN has launched a verbal attack at the press from the Cannes Film Festival, saying all photographers "should be shot" during an award presentation. The singer spoke out while presenting the Chopard Trophy to TRANSAMERICA actor KEVIN ZEGERS. He said, "He (Zegers) is only 21 years old, already he showed incredible talent and maturity. "I sincerely believe he will be a huge star and a great actor for many, many years to come." But John snapped when photographers interrupted his speech, shouting, "If you saw Transamerica ... I'm talking ... you f**kwit, f**ing photographers you should be shot, you should be all shot. Thank you."
