Colombian pop star SHAKIRA will kickstart her world tour in Spain in June (06), as she promotes her ORAL FIXATION VOLUME 2 album. The WHENEVER WHEREVER beauty will perform in nine Spanish cities before heading around the rest of Europe, Latin America and the United States.
