SHAKIRA - SHAKIRA SETS UP HOME IN THE BAHAMAS

Colombian beauty SHAKIRA has set up home in the Caribbean, after buying property in the Bahamas.

The sexy singer, 28, and her fiance ANTONIO DE LA RUA bought homes in the Bahamas two years ago, and they're now spending much of their time on the islands.

She says, "I like the tranquility and peace of being on an island. It has that solitude that is so necessary for the creation of songs."

Shakira, who has turned her home's garage into a recording studio, spends her spare time tending to her flower garden - and going grocery shopping in her pyjamas.
