DAVID SCHWIMMER - SCHWIMMER PUTS OUT WANTED SIGN FOR A JEWISH WIFE

American actor DAVID SCHWIMMER is looking for a Jewish wife.

The former FRIENDS star, 38, who has been dating 25-year-old Hawaiian actress ROCHELLE OVITT since last year (04), believes it would be easier for him to marry someone from the same religion as himself.

He says, "I've come to realise that work is not the most important thing. Friendships and family and eventually being a husband and father will be the most important.

"My parents would be thrilled (if I married a Jew). It makes things a lot easier, sharing a cultural and religious background, but I was raised completely without prejudice or bias in terms of meeting people of other races or cultures or religions - and I am pretty open."
