ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER - SCHWARZENEGGER FAILS TO HALT LIBEL CASE

LATEST: A British judge has rejected ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER's second request to stop a libel trial, brought against him by a TV presenter who alleges he fondled her.

ANNA RICHARDSON claims the TERMINATOR star, his spokesman SEAN WALSH and another aide SHERYL MAIN, ruined her reputation by dismissing her claims Schwarzenegger touched her breast when she interviewed him five years ago (00) to promote his movie THE SIXTH DAY.

Walsh told London's Court of Appeal the case should be dismissed, arguing that Richardson's allegations have no chance of succeeding if they reach a British court.

The judge has dismissed Walsh's request, ruling it is too early to predict whether the case will be successful or not.
