PUDDLE OF MUDD - SCANTLIN'S FREAKY FAN INCIDENT

PUDDLE OF MUDD star WES SCANTLIN is urging his mum not to befriend his fans after arriving home one night to find one devotee in his family's living room.

The rocker was stunned when he popped in to see his mum after a long tour and found her chatting to one of his most crazed fans.

He recalls, "She got talking to my mother on the internet... My mom is a very proud mother.

"I got home after being on the road for about a year, and I went back to see my parents at their house. This fan had finagled her way into my family's life somehow - right in the living room when I got home.

"I was walking in the door with my bags, and this girl jumped in my arms, and my mom was like, 'Hey, Wes, meet this person. 'I'm like, 'Hey, what are you doing in my house where I grew up? You're not supposed to be here...' I don't want people to go there."
