ROD STEWART - ROD'S EX SUES OVER MOLD NIGHTMARE

ROD STEWART's ex ALANA STEWART is suing the former owner of her Beverly Hills home, claiming he duped her about the house's mould problems.

Stewart claims the mould problem has cost her more than $50,000 (GBP26,300) since she bought the home from JOSEPH VARET in 2003.

In court papers, obtained by US scandal show CELEBRITY JUSTICE, Stewart is accusing Varet of fraud and negligence, claiming the home was free of mould.

Stewart isn't the only celebrity who has filed suits after discovering they're living with mould - BIANCA JAGGER and former THE HULK star LOU FERRIGNO have both been the victim of the fungus.
