BRAD PITT - PITT DENIES JOLIE SPECULATION

BRAD PITT's spokesperson has denied reports the Hollywood star has been getting too close to co-star ANGELINA JOLIE on the set of their new movie MR AND MRS SMITH.

Hotel staff at Los Angeles' swanky STANDARD HOTEL claim to have seen the pair kissing at the start of the month (APR04), sparking speculation about their close relationship.

A source says, "Whether it was part of a movie scene, rehearsal or something else, no one knows. They have become very close and like one another's company."

However, Pitt's spokeswoman CINDY GUAGENTI has rubbished the reports, saying, "They have got close because they have been working together but that's it."
