Pop punk PINK has fled the Czech Republic after a grenade attack in the capital Prague on Sunday (01AUG04).

The singer performed at the city's Sazka Arena the same night a grenade was thrown outside the Casino Royal at 12.30pm, injuring 18 people, and was staying in a hotel close to the site of the attack.

Pink was due to stay in the city before travelling to Denmark ahead of tomorrow's (5AUG04) SKANDERBERG FESTIVAL - but she changed her plans.

Concert promoter Lukas Vedral explains, "She heard Prague was a beautiful town and planned to stay for two days here. But after the blast, she decided to leave after the concert."
