Actress ROSAMUND PIKE was distraught when she discovered JOHNNY DEPP had to reject her sexual advances in upcoming film THE LIBERTINE, because she has long harboured a crush on the hunky screen icon.

The former BOND girl was hoping for some erotic scenes with the CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY star, but he had to act either drunk or disinterested in her character's offers of intimacy.

She says, "Unfortunately, whenever we were in bed together, he was supposed to be either p**sed (drunk) or completely uninterested."
