Hearing-loss sufferer PHIL COLLINS is to be rewarded for speaking out on deafness issues by charity group SOUND PARTNERS.

The rocker will be honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award for Recording Arts at the annual HOUSE EAR INSTITUTE BENEFIT in Beverly Hills, California on 24 March (05).
