GWYNETH PALTROW - PALTROW AND LAW BOND ON MOVIE SET

Hollywood actress GWYNETH PALTROW enjoyed shooting new movie SKY CAPTAIN AND THE CAPTAIN OF TOMORROW against a fake background - because it brought her closer to her co-star JUDE LAW.

Neither of the pair had ever used the technology before - where the film is shot against a blue background and images are superimposed afterwards - and they found it a bonding experience.

Paltrow says, "It was strange shooting against a fake scene, but it was a wonderful experience for me because I was with Jude.

"We didn't know how to do this blue screen thing, so we just clung to each other for dear life.

"We would get hysterical laughing about things like, 'Now, how big is the robot I'm looking at?' They were like, 'No, it's a weird ostrich-like creature. Make a bigger reaction.' It was really fun."
