MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE - MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE WIN BIG AT THE WOODIES

Goth rockers MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE took home the top prize at the second annual Woodie Of The Year Awards in New York City last night (02NOV05) when they walked off with the Artist Of The Year title.

The awards, organised by MTV's US university-themed cable network mtvU, were voted for by students across America.

British rockers MUSE, GORILLAZ and DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE were also among the winners at the Roseland Ballroom prizegiving, which got underway with a surprise performance from LOU REED.
