LORD OF THE RINGS star VIGGO MORTENSEN was once so hungry he ate a roadside rabbit that had been hit by a car.
The sexy movie star insists he has never killed an animal but he has dined out on roadkill.
He explains, "It seemed like something to do. I was not going to have any dinner that night, and it was dead. It seemed like an OK thing to do. I was conscious of it."
