Pop beauty DANNII MINOGUE has defended her decision to have breast implant surgery, insisting her sudden weight loss left her with no choice other than to go under the knife.

The 33-year-old beauty decided she needed her chest enlarged from a 34B to a D cup after she realised how much weight she had lost from her bosoms since her teenage years.

She explains, "I used to be a lot bigger when I was a teenager. But then I lost a lot of weight and I lost my boobs, so I got them back."
