THE STREETS - MIKE SKINNER'S ODD TOY REQUEST

British music star MIKE SKINNER has been asked to design a new urban version of kids toy MY LITTLE PONY, for the new generation of little girls.

Marketing specialists targeted the STREETS singer, because they felt he could relate to the current crop of kids - more interested in tattoos and jewellery than toys.

But the UK garage sensation turned down the unusual offer.

He jokes, "They asked me to design an 'urban pony!'"
